I’m Kaden Tran, certified personal trainer (NASM CPT) and founder of JTS Training. With over four years of experience training others, I specialize in helping busy professionals overcome the effects of long hours at a desk, including tech neck, poor posture, and low energy. As a USAPL competitor ranked Top 50 nationally in 2024 and a consistent first-place finisher, I apply the same discipline and science-based methods that drive athletic performance to help working individuals build strength, improve posture, and boost overall well-being. At JTS Training, my focus is simple: creating personalized, sustainable programs with weekly accountability to help professionals move better, feel stronger, and stay active no matter how demanding their schedule.

Nathan Doran
I’m Nathan Doran, a former Olympic weightlifter and CrossFit athlete turned bodybuilder, coach, and co-founder of JTS Training. Since 2022, my mission has been simple: to help people build stronger, healthier, and more confident lives both inside and outside the gym.
With over 7 years of lifting and athletic experience, I’ve learned how to transform not just the body, but also the mindset it takes to succeed.
My specialties include bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, weight loss, transformations, and overall athletic performance.
