Kaden Tran (NASM CPT and NASM Nutrition)

I’m Kaden Tran, certified personal trainer (NASM CPT) and founder of JTS Training. With over 3 years of experience, I specialize in strength training, powerlifting recovery, weight loss, and nutrition coaching.

As a USAPL competitor, I’ve earned 1st place at every meet and was ranked Top 50 nationally in 2024. I now bring that same discipline and scientific knowledge to my clients, helping them achieve real, lasting transformation.

At JTS Training, my focus is simple: building strength, improving mindset, and creating sustainable change, personalized programs and weekly accountability check-ins.

Nathan Doran

I’m Nathan Doran, a former Olympic weightlifter and CrossFit athlete turned bodybuilder, coach, and co-founder of JTS Training. Since 2022, my mission has been simple: to help people build stronger, healthier, and more confident lives both inside and outside the gym.

With over 7 years of lifting and athletic experience, I’ve learned how to transform not just the body, but also the mindset it takes to succeed. So far, I’ve had the privilege of coaching 30+ individuals, guiding them toward their personal goals using proven, science-backed methods that deliver lasting results.

My specialties include bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, weight loss, transformations, and overall athletic performance. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, leaner, or simply perform at your best, I’m here to help.
