Kaden Tran
Strength & Wellness Coach(NASM CPT)
Hi, my name is Kaden Tran.
I’m a competitive powerlifter in the Powerlifting America Federation with aspirations of representing Team USA on the world stage. I’ve been training seriously for over 7 years, starting with aesthetics and competitive soccer, and dedicating the past 3+ years to powerlifting.
My coaching journey began in high school, when I was a smaller kid lacking confidence. At first, fitness felt overwhelming, I didn’t understand my biomechanics, how to structure training, or why progress stalled. That curiosity pushed me to study the science behind performance: RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion), periodization models, intensity techniques, velocity-based training, and biomechanics-driven movement selection. The deeper I learned, the more I realized that strength is both art and science.
After earning my NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential, I put that knowledge into practice, coaching over 30 in-person clients and refining systems that combine science with personalization.
Today, I specialize in:
Joint health & biomechanics optimization (pain-free, efficient movement)
Strengthening past injuries & corrective exercise strategies
Powerlifting & maximal strength development
Sustainable fat loss & body recomposition
Functional strength for everyday performance
I believe pain comes from instability, weak movement patterns, and underdeveloped core strength. My philosophy is simple: the body is a temple, and training should be built on science, structure, and individual mechanics, not guesswork.
